Listened to the recorded broadcast you made for Guerrilla Marketing http://www.gmarketing.com/. Learned a lot from the broadcast including the site of this great blog.

I just recently started my own personal blog and am looking at how best to launch a blog for the non-profit for which I'm doing volunteer work.

Your posts have provided great, detailed step by step directions for me. Following the guidance given in this step of monitoring and posting to various blogs.

Great information. I can empathize with those who want to just "jump in" because that's me. I jump in and then I figure everything out, but having a foundation and following some blogs in your niche first is a much better way to go. There's a lot that goes into a blog and so often people start and find they just can't keep up with presenting witty or information packed posts on a daily basis. A little forethought will help you decide, before you start, what you want to talk about and how you want to present that information. Learning how your niche is blogging will help you to develop your own unique way of presenting your info.

And regarding those "Great post" comments, yeah, I have a hard time not sending those to the spam folder, but right now since my blog is so new, I'm keeping them. Later, probably not.

Oh and Grant, "great post"! (great blog all around!!)
