Guest Posting on Other Blogs

FFC8961A-1824-4049-AEC2-5B8793BB5A46.jpgLet me first apologize for this being another post in just a few days where I am suggesting you buy something. Chalk it up to the time of year and the fact a lot of my blogging friends release new stuff in January. But if there is one thing you can be assured of, I will not suggest anything to you unless I have tried it myself and personally know the person who made it.

Chris Garrett is one of those bloggers I have been reading for some time. In fact, I rarely miss a new post of Chris’ as I get his post in both my RSS reader and via email. That is how serious I am about not missing his new post. If I were to check, I may only subscribe to a handful of bloggers by both RSS and email. But that is for another post to discuss.

I also had a chance to finally meet Chris in person this year at Blogworld Expo and he is just as nice in person as he is online. Chris, Michael Martine and I spent a nice quiet evening sitting down for a steak dinner where we talked about everything. I only wish I had recorded our conversation. I would be selling it right now as an ebook.

Chris has a new ebook out that tells you everything you need to know to get quality authority links and a boost in traffic, all through a quick and easy approach to guest blogging. I have written many times here on how important guest posting is to you as both a new blogger and a seasoned blogger. Here is one post I did, Don’t overlook the benefits of guest posting.

Needless to say, I am sold on the benefits of guest posting for both the guest and the host. Let me give you an example. Just yesterday I did a guest post on John Haydon’s great blog. Not only did I get exposed to his audience. I saw my subscribers increase yesterday to my own blog. And I had the opportunity to engage in the conversation taking place on my guest post by replying to the comments and even the tweets on the post. It was great.

What Chris has done is taken the time to put together basically all the stuff you need to make guest posting a successful tool for you to use. And let me tell you, this thing is entirely too cheap and I told Chris that. You can buy Guest Posting right now for $7.00. Yup that is it. Dirt cheap in price, but packed full of value worth a lot more. Not to put any extra pressure on your, but Chris told me today the price is going up to $10.00 on Monday. Still under priced in my opinion.

And remember this, Chris practices what he preaches too. Here is a guest post he gave me just the other day, “The Key to pricing your product or service online.”

If you are wanting to take your blog to the next level, go grab Guest Posting right now. You can use this link to do so: Guest Posting

And to keep the FTC happy, those links above for Guest Posting are affiliate links and if you purchase it after visiting with my link, I do make some money.

I have Chris's book and I highly recommend it. Although I've "known" about guest blogging, I never saw it as a viable strategy for building links and increasing traffic.
  • Chris' book is outstanding. I have been blogging for 5 years and it is great to pick up something and learn new things. I have made it a point in my plans for 2010 to guest post more. As "old timers" we tend to forget we need to get back to those things that worked for us in the very beginning and keep doing them. Guest posting is one of those activities that give us a return on our time over and over again.
  • Guest blog is always the best wat to promote our brand, something like we sell ourself to gain reputation but we need to find the right blog to guest post. Thanks

Never apologize for promoting something that you think will benefit people! BTW, it seems like a great product.
