As such members are more likely to read my newsletters and blog and send comments by email, I ask if I can add their private message (or the relevant parts of it) as a comment on the blog post they are referring to. An extra incentive for members is that the comment link includes a link to their home exchange offer to give it some extra publicity. I then follow up with an appreciative comment about their useful contribution. No one has declined to have their email comments transferred to the blog to date!
