Link to Another Blogger’s Post

Toolbelt.jpgToday in our 28 Days to Build a Successful Blog series we want to write one post and link to two other blog post in our own post. Yesterday, we had you go out and read two new blogs. Today, use Google Blog Search and find at least 2 more new blogs in your niche and use one post from each blog in a post you are writing today.

Some of the best ideas you are going to get for a blog post are going to be from other blog post you are reading. Take 2 blog post from 2 different blogs and fit them into your own post. Quote them and link out to them. And don’t forget to include a trackback in your post so they know you are linking to them.

When you do this, not only are you getting ideas for you own blog post. You are participating in the conversation by posting about it and linking. You are showing your own readers you are out there looking for and providing information in your niche or market. And you are getting noticed by these other bloggers you are linking to. If they don’t read your blog now, they may start since you linked to them.

Remember to keep yourself up to date with what is going on with this series. Make sure you subscribe to Blog For Profit’s RSS Feed or to our Email Updates.
